As the NHS relies more heavily on data to anticipate demand, target resources and improve outcomes, NHS professionals across services need the skills to move beyond reporting to insight, prediction and influence. The ability to model trends, forecast risk and turn data into clear, actionable insight is now essential.
Corndel partners with NHS trusts across England to deliver a fully funded, high-impact Data Analytics programme designed for NHS roles at different levels. Through hands-on training, real workplace projects, one-to-one coaching and masterclasses from Imperial College London, learners build the confidence and capability to use data to inform decisions, improve services and support better care for patients.

Starting this programme with very limited prior knowledge, I have been genuinely impressed by how much I’ve learned and how far I’ve progressed. I now have an understanding of SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python, skills that I’ve already been able to apply in my day‑to‑day role. These tools have helped me streamline processes and significantly reduce the time spent on routine tasks.
The course itself has been extremely well paced, allowing me to build confidence step by step without feeling overwhelmed.
