The Corndel & Imperial Data-Driven Leader Programme
Our Level 3 Data-Driven Leader is designed specifically to develop the critical data skills managers need to make insight-led decisions, communicate them and build data-literate teams. The programme will empower managers with knowledge of the current and future digital landscape, the ability to communicate insightful data stories, influence digital transformation and implement high-impact data strategies across their organisation.
The programmes are fully accredited by the Chartered Management Institute and are designed to help you grow and develop in your career.
During your programme, you will be introduced to tools and frameworks which are practically and immediately relevant to your work. From the outset, you will identify people related, team or organisational issues you face, and be coached and supported to manage these more effectively.
“An unexpected benefit of the course was the relationship I have built with my Professional Development Expert. Our working relationship has developed into a mentor, whose career path I wish to emulate. Having a motivating mentor has not only helped me with the course, but has given me direction as I move forward with my career.”
