With our consultative Embedding Change Framework we will design the most effective blend of learning methodologies to implement behaviour change and cultural adjustment within your organisation.

This programme typically comprises of 4 modules, with a closed cohort of 12 learners and spans 6 months. Workshops can be taken over full or half-days and in person or virtually, so they can easily be incorporated into a work schedule.

Participants learn how to connect each individual in their team to their organisation’s vision, values and objectives, thereby increasing engagement. Participants learn how to delegate tasks effectively, how to manage their own time, and to support team members to do the same. They will also put into practice using team members’ individual motivators to drive better performance.

Participants learn how to intelligently manage conflict in the workplace, influence others effectively and respectfully, deliver feedback with positive impact and build a feedback culture to drive better performance and collaborative working.
Module 4:
Accelerate
Leaders learn about effective approaches to the development of team members and how to adopt a coaching style of management, thereby using coaching-style conversations to drive personal and professional development of team members.
