Sonja has 10+ years' experience planning and delivering programmes, leading teams of staff, apprentices, and volunteers, and coaching them to success. She has worked with organisations like Public Health England and the NHS, supporting people to overcome challenges and develop their leadership skills.
Alex Needham, PDE
Alex has extensive experience in healthcare and government sectors, specialising in data-driven approaches to improve outcomes. As a Statistician at the Liverpool Cancer Trials Unit, Alex played a key role in clinical trials. In the Civil Service, Alex evaluated testing methods for NHS Test and Trace, supporting data scientists.
Bridget Ama Boateng, PDE
Bridget has extensive experience in data analytics, specialising in training and project management. She has delivered over 40 training sessions at PwC, worked with the NHS on a COVID-19 dashboard, and led a key project at the University of York. Bridget is passionate about helping teams improve their data skills and drive meaningful insights.
