Your Path: Leadership Programme Suitability

Level 3
For team leaders, supervisors, first-line and aspiring managers with 0-2 Years leadership experience.

Level 4
Suitable for anyone who manages projects or wishes to manage projects.

Available Programmes
The Corndel Management Diploma (Level 3)
This is a training, coaching and professional development programme that runs for 12 months (+ 1 month End Point Assessment) and enhances your skills as a manager. The Diploma will further develop the way you manage people, communicate, plan and lead your team to achieve a real impact on performance.
The Corndel Project Management Diploma (Level 4)
This programme, delivered over 12 months (+ 2 month End Point Assessment), develops the technical skills and professional behaviours required to manage initiatives effectively, ensuring success across a wide range of diverse settings. It is ideal for those currently involved in managing projects, as well as those aspiring to take on leadership roles in project management.
The Corndel Management Diploma (Level 5)
This is a career-focused business education programme, delivered over 12 months (+ 1 month End Point Assessment), that recognises the critical knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed in senior business positions. This programme will increase your confidence as a leader and a manager.

Having line manager support is crucial for success. Talk to them about expectations and the benefits you'll both reap.

4) Apply and enrol for the programme
Following line manager approval, submit your application before the deadline. You will then begin enrolment soon after.

5) Attend the launch event
You must attend the online launch event to officially begin your programme.
